HOW DO I BOOK?


Book a FREE 30-min consult to see if we’re a good fit. Need more time? Additional sessions are available for $50 for 45 minutes. During our design date, we will explore your vision, discuss your goals, & outline how we can bring your ideas to life.



WHAT IS YOUR PROCESS LIKE?


We work closely with our clients throughout the design process to ensure that their vision is fully realized. We provide 2 design concepts for you to choose from, & work with you to refine the chosen design until it meets your expectations.


What services does Ashes Graphics offer?


We specialize in logo design, branding, website design, social media graphics, print design (brochures, flyers, business cards), & more. If you don't see a service you would like, please feel free to reach out to us.


DO YOU OFFER REVISIONS?


Yes, we offer 4 free revisions. Any further modifications beyond the authorized limit will result in additional charges of $10. If you have any other concerns or questions you didn't get answered, please feel free to contact us today.

PROJECT AVAILABILITY


To ensure the highest quality of work, we're currently limiting our project intake to 2 clients at a time. This allows us to dedicate our full attention to each project & deliver exceptional results to our valued clients. We appreciate your understanding & patience during this time.


Payment Policy


When you decide to move forward with me as your graphic girl, full payment is required before any work begins. All payments should be sent to $AshesGraphics. Please note that projects will not be started until payment is confirmed. By sending your payment, you agree to these terms.

TURN - AROUND TIME


For a quick turnaround, a rush fee of $50 will apply. All Payments are non-refundable unless I am unable to complete the project due to medical or personal reasons. Feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns during regular business hours or at designer's request.
